The pet-friendly TownePlace Suites by Marriott Fort Worth Southwest provides all-suites accommodation designed for the business or leisure traveler on a budget. The three-story, non-smoking property is located halfway between the fishing, boating and golf of Benbrook Lake, and all the attractions of downtown Fort Worth. Items included with the room rate are high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. The townhouse community has studios, and one and two-bedroom suites, with separate living, work and sleep areas. There is 24-hour staffing at this 95-room property but only limited housekeeping. The community is near the Fort Worth Botanic Gardens, Fort Worth Zoo and Texas Christian University with its Will Rogers Coliseum.

If you plan to be in the area for an extended period, this budget priced all-suites hotel may be the solution to your problems. You will not find the refinements of a full-service hotel but you will find a fully equipped kitchen, which will help you save on dining out. Those who have been here for longer periods say the rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The employees were efficient and friendly. Towneplace Suites by Marriott Fort Worth Accommodations
All the suites have separate living and sleeping areas and a work desk with ergonomic chair and high-speed Internet access. The kitchens come with a refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, conventional and microwave oven, coffeemaker, toaster and cutlery and crockery. Other amenities include cable television with movie channels and pay-per-view movies, pullout sofa bed, two-line telephone with voicemail, hairdryer, alarm clock and an iron and ironing board.

The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness center. There is no restaurant on-site but the inn has a list of restaurants that will deliver. There are numerous places to eat close by including a Black Eyed Pea, Hooter’s, an Outback Steakhouse and an Olive Garden. The 24-hour front desk has safe deposit boxes and information on area events and attractions. There is a fax and copying machine available for guest use, a coin-operated laundry, vending machines and a picnic area with barbecue grill.
