I am pleased to be able to review this hotel because I had read some bad reviews and I want to refute them. We had wonderful service from every employee we encountered. They were prompt to react and did so with a smile and sincere interest in helping. I had read there were problems with the air conditioning. I did not experience any such thing. The room was very comfortable. I especially liked the remodel of the bathroom. I would suggest this hotel anytime.

The newly remodelled Hyatt (formally the Radisson)had very nice rooms. When called for a book of matches someone immediately came up with them. I am asthmatic, and the rooms now come with feather pillows. I called the night manager who was supposed to bring up a foam pillow for me. He never did. I ended up sleeping without any pillows.

Overall this was a nice hotel. The bathroom was very spacious! The customer service was hard to reach at times but overall was very helpful!

This hotel had a very lovely lobby area, which really ecompassed two floors. There was running water and fish and even two African Grey parrots.The convenience was excellent; this hotel was within walking distance or a very quick ride to all the shops, bars and restaurants. The only negative thing about this place was that you had to pay for your parking in their garage and the water pressure for the showers was non-existant. I just did it the nice, old fashioned way and took baths; that was fine. Extrememly quick check out and check in. Overall, I would stay here again.

We stayed 3 nights and had a great time. valet parking was great. Room service for breakfast was very nice and one time. maid service very good in giving you time to leave your room, they didnt rush us, and when we needed extra towels they were willing to give us extra. The lobby was beautiful. We loved the sound of the water in the fish pond, and the two birds singing. We tried to eat in the resturant, but maybe if we would of gotten there earlier it would of offered better service. We would come back.

My husband and I recently went to Ft Worth for a concert. We picked the Radisson for the location and rate. The history of the building is very interesting and it directly across from Del Friscos but that is about it. The room was spacious but looked very worn and tired and the furniture looked to be from the 70's.

History of hotel is most interesting-lots of character as they kept the wonderful artisian work on the exterior and the wooden floors and elevators in the hotel are not found in the newer hotels. We were upgraded to a suite upon check-in and it could easily have accommodated 4 - 6 comfortable. Large sitting area plus a separate desk area. New wall paper in room and in bath. Quiet and loved being on the upper floor for the view. Fantastic customer service from valet to check-out.Great location.

The rooms have peeling wallpaper and 1970's old pressboard furniture. The rooms are dirty the ceiling was patched and not painted. They are not old and historic they are more old and yard sale. The handicap enterance was broken and not attended to, it also leads to stairs...don't know what the logic was. Would never stay here again.The location is great but that is it.

the bath tub was filthy upon arrival, the drain was slow, it was not until after 3 requests did the drain get fixed, and the tub was still filthy, and no one clean the tub after the plumbers unstopped the drain, I called and reported it, but the tub still remained dirty. I was going to review the problem upon check out, but check out was too busy. I will not recommend the Radison to any of my business associates. thanks dlw
