This hotel in prime location has a complete range of facilities. Visitors had a mix opinion about everything. Some of them were happy with personable and helpful staff, comfy clean rooms and breakfast buffet. However, ants and cockroaches, ignored room preferences, misplaced reservations, poor television reception and water pressure, sub-standard service, lack of cleanliness, mal-functioning AC units and out-of-order Internet were major concerns of others.
