Overall, the stay was great. The breakfast buffet was somewhat disorganized but that could have been just a matter of circumstances for that day.

It was a great destination for us. Very clean and neat.

The 120-room Courtyard by Marriott Fort Worth South University is minutes from downtown Fort Worth and provides affordable quality accommodation equally suited to the business or leisure traveler. The two-story, non-smoking hotel has two meeting rooms for business or social functions. The larger can accommodate 80 guests. The property is on the banks of the Trinity River, across from Forest Park and a short walk the Fort Worth Botanic Gardens. Items included with the room rate are high-speed Internet access, a morning newspaper, parking, local telephone calls and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. Area landmarks and attractions include the Texas Christian University with the Will Rogers Memorial Center, downtown Fort Worth, the Fort Worth Stockyards and the Fort Worth Zoo.

Joggers thought this the ideal place to stay. This Courtyard is on the banks of the Trinity River and there is a jogging track, right outside the door, which follows the river path. The employees here are praised for taking care of problems quickly and being friendly and attentive. Big plus for many visitors was the fact that every room has a refrigerator and microwave oven. Most clients say they will return to this hotel on future visits to Fort Worth.
