Upon check in we were assigned a two bedroom that we had to vacate after one night of our five night stay. This was due to an overwhelming odor of sewage in the room. In addition, there was mold in one closet and room 722 appeared to be lower on the upkeep . I do not feel, with the competition of hotels offering "free" wireless internet service, that the client should have to pay $5.95 per day for a blue connection cord in order to conduct necessary business while staying at the Chase. I understand that most clients are military TD personnel along with business owners. Reliable internet service is a major requirement. My service did not work in the first room I was assigned nor the second room. After contacting the toll free number of the company providing this service, I was advised it was a problem on the hotel side. There is one computer in the dining room but it is rarely available for use. I feel that this particular hotel has greatly declined in maintenance, room quality and service over the past few years.

Even though parts are under renovation, my suite looked like it had been redone and it was not comfortable or pleasant compared to other Woodfin Suite properties. I was first checked into a dirty room, then one by the freeway outside with noise all night. Tub had been painted and the paint was peeling. Carpet stained. Towels thin and discolored. Coffee never replenished for 4 night stay. Shelf missing in kitchen. Bed was worn toward the middle. internet was an extra $6 each day. Very overpriced and disappointing.
