No matter you travel alone or with family, the staff will make you feel at home. The personnel are prepared to answer all your questions. The rooms are comfortable and clean, they all have a fair size and have wonderful beds and are exquisitely decorated. Dirty clothes won’t be a problem since same day laundry service is available. housekeeping does a thorough job cleaning the rooms
Location is superb just by the airport. It can be easily accessed from Downtown via the I-10.
A downside, room internet connection is not free, you can always use the business center with complimentary internet connection.

All 296 rooms have superb beds that will guarantee you the best sleep. After a long day of meetings downtown, turn on the TC and choose from one of the premium channels. You can also enjoy a movie through the pay per view system. Business travelers who plan to work overnight will appreciate the coffeemaker and the high speed internet connection available for a daily fee of 9.99. If planning to stay for some days, ask for a room with refrigerator where you can store some munchies. If traveling with the little ones, cribs are available upon request.
