They were evidentially remodeling this hotel, The Shower faucet in my room was broken, the carpet outside my room was torn up, and it didn't meet my expectations as far as past experience with this hotel.

I liked the location.

The fact that the carpet in the hallway was removed.

The bed was very nice, the front desk staff was decent, but they need more servers at the bar at night. We waited quite a while after we finished our first round of drinks to be offered anything else. The bathroom for a two room suite was very small and I have had larger bathrooms in smaller hotel rooms. The lobby was very pretty and elegant but the rest of the hotel didn't match up to it. I don't believe it deserved a high star rating. Overall it was a decent stay.

The lobby was very nice and elegant, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

The TV, fridge and furniture need updating as well as the bar downstairs, its all very outdated and needs renovation.

Located by the International Airport, Hilton El Paso Airport hotel is a great choice for both business and family travelers. Business travelers will find that its near the I-10 which will take them to Downtown El Paso in a few short minutes and families can head to the zoo which can be found seven miles away from the hotel. Shopping malls are at a short distance and the recently opened Plaza Theatre is a short way drive from the hotel. Start off the day with the hot complimentary buffet breakfast while you read your free newspaper. Execuitve guests enjoy complimentary hors d'oeuvres in the evening. You will be always remain connected as free high speed wireless internet is provided in all common areas. The houtel houses a salon where you cab have a hair cut, gift shop and ATM machine. The hotel offers a complimentary town car to take you to any events or excursions you would like to go to.

Great location. Pool is huge. Local shuttle is very convenient to go to nearby attractions. Staff at the front desk is very helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. Nice Southwestern ambiance.
