Our room was striped clean & worn. No tv channel list, phone book, dishes, dish soap, silverware, towel rack, laundry bag, etc. Worn thin sheets + shower H/C reversed. Not up to Hawthorn Suites standards at all..

I could smell smoke in the room we stayed in and since my husband has asthma it was not good. I also was bothered by the smell. The margarita I had in the lounge was very good. The breakfast was fair.
