The rooms are a little dated, but comfortable. The kitchen appliances were merely adequate. Each room has a private entrance and an apartment feel. The internet access (wired and wireless) was great. I would stay here again.

Private entrance, quiet setting, and great freeway access.

I checked in late and the lobby doors were locked. The front desk person took a long time to open the door.

Over all my stay was pleasant. The staff was friendly, the room was clean. I checked in during happy hour and it was nice to have a glass of wine and relax!

Spacious and safe.

Some of the appliances were a little out-dated.

The pet-friendly Hawthorn Suites Dallas/Love Field Airport is three miles from the airport and operates a complimentary shuttle to that facility that is available from 5am until midnight. Other items included with the room rate at this 97 all-suites hotel are a shuttle to attractions within a seven-mile radius of the property, a hot breakfast buffet, a Wednesday evening social hour, high-speed wireless Internet access, local telephone calls, in-room tea and coffee and parking. There are meeting facilities available for business or social functions that can accommodate 75 guests. The property is located near three major hospitals - the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, the Childrens Hospital and Parkland Memorial. Other major attractions only a short distance away are the American Airlines Center, the Dallas Aquarium, the West End and downtown Dallas.

This is an incredible hotel and many visitors to Dallas who have stayed at this Hawthorn Suites say this truly a hidden gem. The suites are superbly decorated, very spacious and truly comfortable with a fireplace, a very comfortable chair and even a walk-in closet. Those who used the complimentary shuttle said it worked well and most clients say they cannot wait to turn to this reasonably-priced and very upmarket property.
