I found the staff to be friendly. The in room refrigerater was nice. The room was clean with the exception of maybe the bathroom floor. I have stayed at this hotel twice now and would recommend it to someone who likes a great value.

My expierence at this hotel was the worst! The customer service was horrible. I had a water comming into my room froom the bathroom and bed mites in the pullout sofa! Usually i am very forgiving of things while staying at hotels but this was too much!

Clean hotel, friendly staff, modern amenities, great value, esp with online prepaid price. Would be nice if the restaurant were open later for brunch, and one side of our bed was a bit saggy, but other than that, we had a great experience. Within 5 min of downtown by car and they also offer shuttle service within 5 mi.
