The hotel location was great for anyone looking to shop as my wife was. It was walking distance to the galleria. Also it was right off of 635 which made it easy to get to our friends houses who live in the Northern part of Dallas. The hotel did not look like much on the outside, but on the inside was totally different. It was all open and had a fountain in the middle. It was really nice. The staff was really friendly also. Overall our stay was really great!

The staff was friendly and the hotel had many extras like an indoor pool!

At night you could hear others in neighboring rooms.

GREAT hotel, GREAT location, everything perfect. Only negative was the fraternity that was there... VERY loud till around 2AM both nights... not necessarily hotel's fault but they should have put a tighter lease on the kids... they were everywhere, running, yelling, typical of what you would expect from Frat guys and their dates for the formal they were having...but the hotel in itself and staff were excellent...

Very clean, nicely priced, and great location.

Only negative I could fine was there was a fraternity staying there also, which was terrible!!!

Guests loved their stay at this hotel. The suites are ideal with the extra space for both families and the business traveler. The hotel is nicely decorated with clean rooms. The location to the hotel cannot be beat. Guests have many dining choices within walking distance. With the pool and fitness center and being on the steps of Macy's business travelers can bring their families along and not worry about how they will spend their day. Guests felt well taken care of and pampered staying here.
