Zaza is known for its hot nightclub and its pool scene. This is a great place to be seen at.
Romantic wedding night - posted on 06/18/2006
My husband and I spent the first two nights of our honeymoon here and absolutely loved it! Our room was wonderful and the service was great. The staff sent complimentary champagne and chocolate covered strawberries to our room once we arrived. Tip...Ask for the "quiet" side of the hotel.

I have been to ZaZa on the weekend as a social event. I finally stayed at the hotel for business. As a business traveler, This hotel is a VERY welcome change from the norm. I'll be back - often.
Unique but noisy - posted on 08/08/2005
The strengths of Hotel Zaza, are the service, comfotable beds and unique furnishings. There is a pretty nice exercise area for a hotel and a full service spa. But it is noisy at night, and we could hear noise all night long while in our room. The pool is very attractive, but on the small side.
too hip for me - posted on 07/12/2005
My room had a water leak and I was moved to a suite. Unfortunately it was after 11/2 hours of complaining and at 11:30 when I finally got moved, it was too late to enjoy the room. The walls are too thin to get any sleep. The pool is more to look at and not to swim in.
THE Place to stay in Dallas - posted on 07/08/2005
This hotel my absolute FAVORITE place to stay in Dallas! I love it so much, I had my birthday party in a concept suite (check them out). The nightclub can be noisy on the weekends, but if that doesn't bother you, this is your place to stay. I love this hotel so much, I even inquired about buying a condo adjacent to the hotel!
The Service Ruined It - posted on 03/22/2005
Rooms and atmosphere were amazing. Treats on each floor never replenished; staff promised to send more, but didn't. Double charged for the room, took a month to get it right. Manager never responded to calls or letter. Gym was understated; spa tiny, cramped, and not up to what it is billed as. Maybe the service will improve??? Until then, there are better places in Dallas for a fun romantic get-away.

very nice hotel for fun weekend but not for work. Walls are very thin and you can hear all the noise from the rooms next to you as well as above you. Had to call security about noise level SEVERAL times. Other than no sleep, I had a wonderful time.
