I will pass next time! - posted on 03/18/2007
The flat pillows and uneven mattress did not help me get a good night's sleep. The bathroom was very small but at least the water was hot and we had a nice array of amenities there. Room service was quick but the vending machines were out of water for 2 days straight. Cable TV did not have a great selection with no HBO. Most disappointing of all, the hot tub was out of order and had been for some time. I don't think I'll stay there again.
convienant hotel lacks much glitz - posted on 11/20/2006
I spent three nights at the Radisson in central Dallas. The service at the front desk was friendly and answered all my questions about local attractions and driving directions. The rooms claimed to be updated but I don't know how. The electric furnace ran very warm and the windows allowed an extreme amount of cold air into the room. The mattress and the sheets appeared to be very "used." The shower lacked adequate pressure and warm water. The service at the restaurant and bar was excellent, but the food quality was poor.
Couldn't be worse - posted on 11/15/2006
This hotel was so bad that my family and I walked into our room and walked out and we were scheduled for a 2 night stay. If I could give it a negative rating I would. I feared that if we slept there we would get a disease.

I had a wonderful stay. The were cordial and the rooms were fantastic. I will stay at the Radisson next time I visit, which will be very soon!
Dump that smells bad - posted on 09/12/2006
This place needs a bath and a makeover. Fixtures in the halls were ripped off the walls sometime ago. The room smelled of mold and sewer gas. The bath area is small and in bad need of repair.

Hotel is within walking distance of Mockingbird tram station and shopping&restaurant facility. No need for a car! I appreciated the fire drill conducted while I was there. Even if inconvenient, it means the hotel is taking security seriously. I would go back there anytime.
Yuck! - posted on 05/02/2006
The air conditioning didn't work in our room, so all we had was a fan blowing humid air. The room also reeked of cigarette smoke. The toilet required a very firm hand in order to flush, but at least the water was hot in the shower. I will say, however, that we left as quickly as possible. Not a good stay.
Great Stay - posted on 02/10/2006
For the price and the convenience to downtown this was the best hotel we've stayed at in a while. Easy check in. Beautiful room with a huge sleep number bed. If you are looking for a great room for the price you can't get any better.
Great for Business Travel - posted on 01/30/2006
This hotel is great for it's purpose, which I think is business travel. It's a central location, next to a train station, attached to an office building (where I had an appointment), and right next SMU. Great pubs and restaurants in area.
Clean But Cozy - posted on 07/16/2005
The rooms were clean and nice, but they were a little cozy. The swimming pool was cramped between 2 buildngs and a little creepy. Hotel staff was very nice.
