Although the room was clean and comfortable, the check in staff displayed a "you're bothering me" attitude. Every request was met with a negative "we can't do that" response. Maid failed to clean room - when we complained, they provided towels but no linens - that we had to go get ourselves (and take them the old towels). Parking lot full with last remaining spots taken by hotel vehicles. No bellmen for luggage - carts available for self service.
