Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Close to festival I attended. Happy to have a kitchenette, used the refrigerator and microwave (saved money, not having to dine out).

The suites come with a separate living area, fully equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator, microwave oven, stovetop, coffeemaker and cutlery and crockery, a work area with high-speed wireless Internet access with a $4.99 per-stay charge, two-line telephone with voicemail, television with cable news and movie channels, iron and ironing board and a hairdryer.
Amenities offered
The 24-hout front office has information on area events and attractions and can help with copy and fax services. Incoming mail, faxes and packages are delivered directly to guest rooms at the end of each business day. There is a guest laundry on-site. One full housekeeping service is provided for guests staying seven or more nights. Additional cleaning is available for a reasonable charge and towel exchange is available at the front desk for guests staying one to six nights. There are no meals served here but there are numerous restaurants nearby including the Cape Buffalo Sports Grill, Hooters, a Romano’s Macaroni Grill, an Outback Steakhouse, a Pappadeaux Seafood Restaurant, a P.F. Chang’s Chinese Bistro and Sullivan’s Steakhouse.

The only attractive thing about this Homestead is the low rates. Sadly this is the opinion of many visitors who stayed in this hotel. There were complaints about the front office staff who were not the most efficient and many clients said the accommodation was not up to standard. Since some travelers were happy with their stay we allow the property the 50-50 rating. YES, if you are on a budget but NO if you are looking for helpful employees and a suite that is spotlessly clean and modern.
