This hotel was fantastic. The lobby was very nice and everything was clean. The staff is friendly,cheerful and always willing to help . The rooms are comforable, clean,quiet, and the bed was great!

I stayed in a very nice room. the view was wonderful. But the best part was the public facilities the flush was fast but not to were it left a cold sprits on your toucus. i had a wonderful time!

I was given an executive level room which smelled bad. In the morning the sink was full of sludge as it had been backing up all night. The front desk said, Yeah, we'll look at it. No apologies. We were given breakfast passes, but when we went we were told the passes weren't for the breakfast they were having and they were only for continental breakfast...but we could go ahead and use them but we shouldn't eat any of the eggs, etc, since they really weren't supposed to be included. I was appalled. I would expect more from a Hilton!

I loved the hotel, the room, and the service. Room service was amazing and quick. The room was beautiful although the bathroom was kind of simple.

Got in the room and the glass had huge scratches on the window looking out. Called front desk and they gave us a new room.

I had absolutely no problem with this hotel. It is conveniently located, the staff was friendly and very helpful (printed out several sets of directions for me), and the room was immaculate.

I requested a non-smoking room. Although it didn't appear anyone smoked in the room, the smoke from the hallway woke me up. Staff was not helpful with directions or recommendations to venture.
