Very clean. Front desk staff friendly and accommodating Turn down service at night very nice with music playing. Very comfortable beds and bedding.

The beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious.

Wished that breakfast coupons would have come with the room. Could have gone to a champagne breakfast for the cost of the buffet.

Our hotel stay was enjoyable and the room was nicely decorated. Hotel is in a very convenient location to downtown Dallas. Only complaint is we were put in a smoking room which we did not request and charged a pay per view movie which we did not order that had to be taken off.

The front desk employees handle problems promptly and always with a smile. The rooms are squeaky clean and the rates are competitive with neighboring upmarket properties. Clients who made use of the complimentary airport shuttle said it worked well and they will continue to stay here on future visits to the area.
