I was very happy with the attitude of the staff, and cleanliness. I really do not have any complaints except that the entrance was blocked the whole time I was there making it difficult for pick up and drop off for taxi service.

I enjoyed my stay at the Comfort Inn. It was convienent to I35 for my buisness trip, clean room, and comfortable bed. The only downside is the water was Ice Cold in the mornings.

Having been born and raised in oak cliff dallas, finding a hotel close to my relatives in a "good" part of town can be difficult. This hotel was a little bit further than market center but it was close to many resturants. The staff was friendly and promptly took care of any requests or complaints. The only complaint we had was one of children in the floor above us jumping on the beds at all hours. Not the hotels fault....In the future, we will stick to our rule of asking for a room on the top floor.

The overall appearance of the hotel was nice, but I was grossed out by the hair on the shower curtain when I checked in! I requested a non-smoking room, but the whole hallway smelled HEAVILY of smoke, as did the comforter! Since I had paid online, so I had to make the best of it. Front desk staff was nice, and I think that had I made a big fuss about it, they would have accommodated me. The continental breakfast was good each day, with lots of choices. I'd probably stay there again, if they improved the cleaning.

I was a little surprised that the room was so nice. The lobby is pretty and everything worked well. The continental breakfast was good but the server made it great. She was a very friendly, sweet lady and we enjoyed her hospitality. We would stay here again anytime.

I stayed here because of the free wifi. Once I got to the hotel I discovered they don't have wifi or the signal isn't strong enough to reach most of the rooms. The room was comfortable, spacious and nice but the service was bad.

I've stayed at this hotel twelve times in the last year. Great breakfast, courteous staff. This visit the Business Center's printer had a sign posting "No Toner." Apparently it didn't occur to Management replace the toner instead of displaying a sign. It's the attention to details that makes a place good vs great.

This hotel is great for the price. We go to Dallas for work, and had stayed somewhere else, however, this one is great! CLean, free internet that worked PERFECT, nice ample rooms with fridge and microwave, and very reasonable price. Free breackfast! You will be pleased.

I've stayed here three times. This is a very nice Comfort Inn. The bathrooms are really nice. The downside to this hotel is the broadband signal strength (...or lack of a signal). My last stay, the signal strength was "very low" dispite having the system restarted by the front desk. ...otherwise, a nice stay.
