This hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left we awed by all of the wonderful special touches. The rooms were beautiful, the beds very comfortable and the price was worth every penny. The family loved the pool, spa and weight room. The breakfast for 2 included in the package fed 4 easily. We will stay here every time we visit.

Gorgeous hotel with the best service yet! Super fast check in/out, staff was very friendly and the rooms were awesome. Very comfortable bed, linens & pillows. Only takes 5 to 10 minutes to get to shopping, dining & nightlife. We're definitely staying here when we go to Dallas from now on!!!! Extremely great experience!!

This hotel was prefect for our first anniversary. We decided on a Mandaly Suite with a ROmance Package and recieved excellent service while staying. The concierge was so helpful, even giving us directions to many places around the area.

Stayed for conference. Very nice hotel, rooms, restaurants and commen areas. A little far from anything and staff could use a little help on giving directions.

This is a great hotel with an incredible, comfortable bed. The hotel was beautiful in its style and decor. The only negative was due to business we didn't spend too much time in the hotel. I highly recommend it.

The layout of the ground floor of this hotel was bad. It's like a maze to find anything. We checked in late in the evening and went down to the lounge for a drink. However, once we found the lounge, it was very unimpressive. I expected better from a hotel on the level of Omni. Also, the parking garage is very tight and confined. If you have a large vehicle I suggest parking outside. On the positive side the room, although small, was fairly comfortable.

Good hotel, Perfect location. It looks as if it is a way out from downtown, but you can get there in 15 minutes. Close to las colinas. Hotel staff was great, and the room was perfect too. Very quite hotel.

I got a really good deal on this one, otherwise I would've rated it much lower. Great: Murals, formal entry to hotel, TVs, quietness, friendly staff. Problems: Charged us for mini bar items we didn't use, only 1 robe for 2 guests, extremely bland and overcooked food in restaurant.

This is the best hotel in Dallas. This was my first time to stay at the Omni Park West and have found my hotel for Dallas. The hotel just completed a renovation and the guestrooms are wonderful. They have very large LCD TV's in each room and very comfortable beds. I'm going to see if I can purchase their bedding for my house because I have never slept that good.
