It was a good stay, but I would have liked it to be closer to downtown Dallas. No free continental breakfast.

Excellent price for the hotel.

Too far away from downtown Dallas, no free access to the hotel computers.

The Omni Dallas Hotel at Park West, eight miles from the Dallas /Fort Worth International Airport, boasts outstanding service. The hotel is minutes away from Texas Stadium, the Las Colinas business District, Dallas Galleria and shopping venues. The highlights of the hotel include Get Fit Guest Rooms, Nintendo 64® video games, LodgeNet System with on-demand hit movies, free modern health club, heated outdoor swimming pool, ATM, laundry facility, business center and concierge desk. Omni Sensational Kids Program, express check-in and out and 24-hr guest room dining service are a big plus.

This multi-storied plush hotel with 4-Diamond AAA rating overlooks a luxuriant park and beautiful lake. Almost all visitors were delighted with everything and would love to stay at the hotel again. They appreciated helpful and personable staff, contemporary rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows and comfy beds, bathrooms, complimentary chocolates, lobby, ambience, food and cleanliness. However, a few guests griped about small dark rooms, high phone call rates, business center and Internet fee, and limited room service.
