The air condition stopped working which was extremely disturbing. I paid for a hotel room that didnt have ac in working condition, I rather spend that money for a cheap motel which would have ac in texas heat.

The air condition in the room stopped working in the middle of the night that is 2.00 am. To begin with it made loud noises which was disturbing

This was a bustling hotel with friendly, attentive staff, nice amenities, comfortable beds, and generous check in & check out times. It was very conveniently located and my boyfriend & I liked it 3 times better than the 4star hotel down the road that we already had a reservation at. I would love to stay here again on my next trip.

It exceeded my expectations as far as friendliness and accommodations, and was better than the 4star hotel we stayed in afterwards.

The concierge could've been more knowledgeable about the city. The seemed like they just immigrated here a few months ago.

The 536-room Marriott Dallas Addison Quorum Galleria provides luxury accommodation at an affordable price equally suited to the business or leisure traveler. The 12-story, non-smoking hotel is located in the heart of the Dallas Addison district noted for its restaurants, entertainment and Galleria shopping. The full-service hotel has 26 meeting rooms for business or social functions. The largest, the Grand Ballroom, can accommodate 1,200 guests. Former guests at this hotel enjoyed their stay thanks to super service from the employees and reasonable rates. Many appreciated the location, close to dozens of restaurants. There were some complaints about the $9.95 per day charge for Internet access. Despite this, most customers said they would like to stay at this hotel on future visits to Dallas and had no hesitation in recommending the property to others.
