front desk staff very nice at check-in, rooms very comfortable, convenient location for our purposes but hard to find and get to initially

Clean comfortable rooms with a very attentive staff. Elevators were somewhat noisy and slow.

I assumed that 31/2 star rating would have rooms with two double beds. The hotel in general seems a bit worn. The location is good, but if you miss the exit it is impossible to get to.
The location is great near shopping.
They gave us a room with only one double bed. We paid $22 more for two doubles.

The rooms here are spacious, nicely furnished and offer great views thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows. Guests at this Doubletree said it is an excellent hotel with a very pleasant and friendly team of employees. The front desk staff was speedy and had good advice about the sights to see and the best places to eat and shop. Most visitors had no hesitation in recommending this property to fellow travelers and said they would stay here themselves on future visits to Dallas.
