Considering where this hotel is located, the price was right and service outstanding. The staff are friendly and helpful and the place is immaculate. The 24 hour shuttle service is a bonus. A must stay if laying over in DFW area!!!!!!!

The only problem is that I took a bus at the airport and they let me off and told me that I needed to follow the signs. I went up stairs, down stairs, trying to carry luggage and everything else. You need to have instructions how to get to your hotel better.

Great hotel & room, very clean & comfortable. Flexible, they let us check in early & check out late. The hotel is on airport property & so the taxis were a minimum of $17 plus fees even if we went a mile away! The bellhop forget (twice) to get us a driver, but management took care of the situation.

Everything everybody says here is true, but $9 for a cup of coffee takes the fun out of it. Dinner menu priced accordingly.

CHECKING IN AND OUT WAS A BREEZE. RECEPTION STAFF WAS VERY COURTEOUS ESPECIALLY THE RECEPTIONIST. ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND WELL APPOINTED. SELECTION AT THE RESTAURANT IS NOT THAT GREAT AND IS A BIT OVER PRICED. GOOD SHUTTLE SERVICE.

This hotel recently completed a renovation. It is a nice business hotel. Quick ride to the airport terminals. They also have a free workout room and heated pool. You can get Starbucks coffee and snacks 24 hours a day.

Very convenient to airport. Shuttle running every 20 minutes is great. I loved the bed. It was so comfortable. Not hard and cheap like most hotels. We even had a down comforter. The only thing I would say needed improvement was the shower. It looked like it had been poorly remodeled. Another plus was the free morning paper outside the door. I would definately stay there again.

We stayed at the Hyatt on an overnight layover and it was a great experience. The shuttle runs every 20 minutes around the clock, and there's no quicker route to the pillow!

This hotel has the rudest, snobbiest personnell I have EVER seen. I will NEVER stay there again and would not recommend it to anyone. The room was only okay, but we were already negative on the hotel because we were treated so poorly at checkin. You shouldn't be made to feel like they are doing you a favor by letting you stay at their hotel. Parking was another unadvertised expense.

I asked for a king size bed - I got 2 doubles. They advertised highspeed internet but you needed equipment /software to utilize it. The room was stark, beds and pillows uncomfortable. Parking is shared with the airport. THere is a $13.00 fee which the hotel pickups (stamps your ticket) but the hotel personel stamp the ticket in a reluctant manner like you are taking advantage of something.

Stayed here overnight for honeymoon. One travel service gave it a deluxe ranking. Must have been judged on it's lobby. Rooms were rather plain. Bedding (comforter, sheets) was less than admirable. Not nearly as nice as the Hyatt in downtown Dallas. Only got one set of towels. Had to call front desk for more.
