As we checked in there were children in the lobby waiting for their parents, this is a good first impression. There were also business people checking in and out. Love the casual atmosphere in bar area. Restaurant food was okay.
Friendly, family atmosphere.

I would definitely stay in this hotel on my next trip to Dallas. The location is excellent, the staff was very friendly and the indoor atrium and pool are outstanding. We left a coat in our room and the staff was very helpful in locating the coat and sending it to us. The breakfast was superior to anything I've had at other hotels!
The made to order breakfast was wonderful, best breakfast bar I have ever seen. Also enjoyed the free cocktails in the evening.
Our toilet consistently did not work although staff fixed it twice.

All the suites have a private bedroom and spacious living room and there is a choice of one king size bed or two double beds. Amenities include two 27-inch televisions with cable news and movie channels, pay-per-view movies, high-speed Internet access, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffeemaker, wet bar, trouser press, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, two telephones with data ports, voicemail and speakerphone, FM/AM radio-alarm clock with MP3 connectivity and a dining-work table. Handicap accessible suites and non-smoking suites are available.

Travelers to Dallas who stayed at this Embassy Suites were impressed by the speedy service and friendliness of the hotel staff. The hotel is very peaceful and relaxing and the two swans in the inner courtyard pool added to the serenity. Several clients liked the workout facility and pool area. The rates are reasonable if you take advantage of all the free items offered including the full breakfast, evening receptions and the shuttle to nearby attractions.
