the sofa in the living room of the suite was terribly uncomfortable. It seemed as if something was wrong with the springs.

We stayed here for race week,2007. The hotel was fabulous! Spotlessly clean, very comfortable, well-designed rooms. We ate at T-Bones our first night there and it was truly a memorable meal. Beautiful views from the higher floors. No complaints at all here.

Love this hotel and its proximity to Dallas attractions. Beds were wonderful. Rooftop pool and spa were warm and clean. Staff was friendly. No complaints here.

Not really a 4 star hotel in my book, but the rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

This hotel looks great both inside and out. Very helpful staff. Beds were very big and soft. Plus the price was great. I'll stay here again!

WE FOUND OUR STAY TO BE A WONDERUL SUPRISE! PILLOW TOP BEDS, EXCELLENT AND FRIENDLY SERVICE, THE CLEANLINESS OF THE LARGE ROOM PLUS WE WERE SERVED BREAKFAST IN-ROOM FOR A GREAT PRICE. PLENTY OF STAFF TO ASSIST YOU! THE HOTEL BAR STAFF WAS VERY ACCOMODATING! I WOULD DEFINATLEY STAY AGAIN. ONE NOTE: IT IS A NON-SMOKING HOTEL BUT THE BAR STAFF HELD OUR SEATS WHEN WE WENT OUT TO THE LAWN. THEY HAPPEN TO HAVE A GUITAR FEST NEXT DOOR. SO IT WAS ROMANTIC TO LISTEN TO THE MUSIC. MY HUSBAND AND I REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY. WISHED IT WAS LONGER! THANKS, RENAISSANCE!!

I visited this very exquisite hotel last March (on a conference) and didn't want to leave!! Everyone was so helpful and very nice. This hotel is...there's no words that can explain, just visit and you'll see what I'm talking about!!!
