Luxurious and clean. Also there was plenty of vehicle parking, so I saved on valet and parking fees which is common with Hyatt hotels.
Clean, luxurious, friendly, professional and beautiful.
Bathtub leaked water onto carpet.

This hotel is undergoing a complete renovation that will be completed in June of 2008. In its old state, The guest rooms are not four star. However, the newly remodeled rooms are truly four star.
The staff, new room.
Problems with first room but was moved to better rooms.

This 4-Diamond AAA non-smoking hotel with amazing architecture offers all modern comforts. Most of the guests appreciated its convenient location. They were happy with food including breakfast buffet, personable staff, price, clean spacious rooms and views. However, some visitors were disappointed with ill-kept bathrooms and dated décor. And, a few of them also griped about, mal-functioning hot tub, non-smoking rooms reeking of smoke, noise, unsafe workout room and beef smell in public areas.
