The 147 all-suites Springhill Suites by Marriott Dallas West End provides quality accommodation at an affordable price equally suited to the leisure or business traveler. The 10-story, non-smoking hotel is located in the center of downtown's historic West End. Items included in the room rate are a local shuttle, hot breakfast buffet, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. There are two meeting rooms for social or business functions. The larger can accommodate 60 guests. Area attractions and landmarks include the Maceo Smith Federal Building, the Dallas Zoo, the Dallas Market Hall and the Dallas World Aquarium.

Other features are a work desk with high-speed Internet access, two-line telephone with voicemail, speakerphone and data ports, television with cable news and movie channels, pay-per-view movies, pullout sofa bed, alarm clock, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board and a hairdryer. Video games and players are available for rent.
