The hotel is wonderfully located for downtown adventures. The staffs (from the front desk folks to the support star) were very friendly. They took time to ask questions and offer services. The room was clean. It was just what we needed where we needed it!

The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay a wonderful experience.

Their "on street" entrance is very hard to locate at night. Not very visually impact.

The 147 all-suites Springhill Suites by Marriott Dallas West End provides quality accommodation at an affordable price equally suited to the leisure or business traveler. The 10-story, non-smoking hotel is located in the center of downtown's historic West End. Items included in the room rate are a local shuttle, hot breakfast buffet, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. There are two meeting rooms for social or business functions. The larger can accommodate 60 guests. Area attractions and landmarks include the Maceo Smith Federal Building, the Dallas Zoo, the Dallas Market Hall and the Dallas World Aquarium.
