We had a great time in Dallas, the hotel was really good. The room had everything we needed and the breakfast buffet at the hotel resturant was great. Room service was very prompt. We would stay there again!!

This hotel is very clean, they have comfy beds, and friendly, helpful staff. They really took care of us. We will return.

booked for non smoking room- put in smoking room- very bad-offered me free breakfast - did not help...

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms are very nice. The beds are extremely comfortable. When we got there they gave us a free cookie and it was still warm. The parking was free. The bathroom condiments were quality products: Neutrogena. The gift shop was really nice and so was the bar. For the price we paid, I was very satisfied!

The rooms were very nice, quiet and comfortable. Room service was prompt and the food was excellent. I would definitely stay here again!

Our room was spacious and clean. Bath was tiny. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful.

This place isn't what most people would consider a "upscale" hotel. Staff is not rude and dont give a crap if there is a problem or not. Hotel was noisey, the rooms are tiny and the bathrooms are like a pill box. Do not stay here and waste your money. Horrible!

Air/heat was not working properly the 1st night. Maids do not know what the DO NOT DISTURB sign means.
