Have stayed there several other times in last couple years. Near downtown area. Consistent good service and clean rooms and fairly quiet. They have high speed Internet although $13 a day. And they charge 50 cents a phone call. Irks me a little to have to pay for services that cost them almost nothing. Guess that's the norm many for mid-level hotels. The staff is well trained and go out of the way to be professional and friendly. Definitely a worthy hotel for the price.
Clean and tidy. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.
If coming in with bags, there's no auto door or doorman. Inconvenient.

Clean room, courteous staff, good location and excellent prices.
The hotel is located about 100 yards from i-35.
Upon returning late at night, we had to park in the back and walk.

Accommodations
The guest rooms' renovations include new carpet, lighting, and Sweet Dreams bedding. The bathrooms have curved shower rods and beautiful granite counter tops. The work space has new ergonomic Herman Miller Chairs and High Speed Internet Access (wireless and hard wired). Rooms are available in one queen, one king or two double beds. Smoking rooms are available. Some rooms located on the east side have a view of the downtown skyline.
Amenities offered
Guests can enjoy a full breakfast buffet that including an omelet station. Dinner is served until 10pm and the bar is open late. Room service is available. There is a pool with pool-side towels. A Denny's restaurant is located across the street.

Upon check-in guests are greeted with one of the famous hot Doubletree chocolate chip cookies from then on the service is wonderful. The hotel staff, shuttle drivers, restaurant and bar employees are very friendly and go out of their way to make their guests feel comfortable. The rooms are very clean and the hotel is very quiet. The food is great, too. I highly recommend the Doubletree Dallas Market Center hotel.
