Overall this is one of my favorite hotels in Dallas. Very nice hotel, great amenities.

The beds at the hotel are the best. Very comfortable.

I wish they served some food after midnight. Came back from office at 12:30am. could not find food.

When you walk into this hotel, it takes your breath away. The lobby is large and absolutely gorgeous. The elevator that takes you to your room overlooks the city as you're riding up which is a little treat every time you go to your room. The stores and dining were excellent. The rooms as well as the views were beautiful.

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous and the bedroom and bathroom were clean and beautiful.

We called for housekeeping 2 days in a row and did not receive it.
