I have never stayed at a Sheraton in the poor condition this one was in. There was no dresser in the room, so be ready to live out of your suitcase.

not worth the money - posted on 04/06/2007

My husband and I wanted to stay in a hotel that would be a great relaxing escape for the weekend. The location of the hotel and the comfortable bed were the only things great about this hotel. We spent over $X a night and got a "suite" that had peeling wallpaper, water damaged walls, a patio with no screen, a broken coffee maker, the border on the wall was actually hanging and you could see yellow and blue tacks attempting to solve the problem, and the pool and patio area were filthy! this hotel is not worth the money!

Great Place - posted on 01/24/2006

I must say that this is the best hotel I have ever stayed. The customer service here is great!! I had a problem with my television so I called the front desk and someone came to fix it right away. If I had a problem with anything they apologized and corrected right away. I will stay there time and time again!

15 bucks for a parking lot? - posted on 07/20/2005

This place was ok: ok size, ok bathroom (with stains and no door to the bedroom), decent location, but we never received our towels or our wake-up call and when we told this to the front desk at check-out she made an excuse about the wake-up call and no comment about the towels. No "I'm sorry", no "let me take off this crazy parking fee for your trouble" nothing. And unbeknownst to us, we had to pay $7 a day for self-parking in a parking lot. This isn't New York--there is plenty of room in Dallas and no need to have to PAY for out-door parking!
