The three-story, non-smoking adjoins Dallas’ Restaurant Row and is close to Texas Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys. The property operates a complimentary shuttle to Dallas/Love Field Airport. Other items included in the room rate are a hot breakfast buffet, or a grab-and-go breakfast bag, high-speed Internet access, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. There are two rooms available for business or social functions. Attractions nearby include shopping at the Galleria Mall, the Las Colinas business center, the University of Dallas and the Dallas Convention Center.

Several visitors to this SpringHill described it as an undiscovered gem. Well, it is discovered now. Most clients were impressed by the great service and excellent, spacious accommodation and said the charges were very reasonable. The breakfast was impressive as was the fitness center and pool. All the suites have a pantry area, wet bar, refrigerator with icemaker and a microwave oven. Other features are a work desk with high-speed Internet access, two-line telephone with voicemail, and speakerphone, television with cable news and movie channels, pay-per-view movies, pullout sofa bed, alarm clock, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board and a hairdryer. The bathtubs have spray jets.
