THE PLACE WAS NOT CLEAN, HAD SMELL TO IT, WIRES HANGING OUT OF WALL. ROACH UNDER PILLOW. HOLE IN WALL. CLOSET DOOR HANGING. HEAT STOPPED, AFTER FIXED LEFT RADIATOR APART.

I stayed at the hotel during the pre-season cowboy game. I had a great time. Had transportation to and from the Stadium. I plan on coming to Dallas for all the Cowboys home games staying at the Sterling.

The hotel looks decent from the outside and lobby area but the rooms are REALLY run-down. Our comforter had a hole in it, the carpet was stained, the bottom sheet isn't fitted, big chips in mirrors, doors, stained bathtub mat and not clean. There was a kid (literally) who checked us in and he didn't know what he was doing. Probably won't be staying here again!
