It was after 4 am before people quit running the halls, slamming doors, yelling, partying or whatever. The cookies were nice, efficient staff, except they could do nothing about noise when I called security. One bath was dirty.
Friendly, good atmosphere.

My wife and I stayed there for a romantic getaway weekend in Dallas. The hotel was clean and exceptionally comfortable. The staff was friendly and efficient. Getting checked in was a breeze and they even gave us warm chocolate-chip cookies upon arrival. A welcome treat after fighting Dallas rush-hour traffic!
The down pillows were heavenly!
I didn't appreciate them trying to sell me a $3.00 bottle of water in my room.

Pleasant stay. Very friendly staff. The hotel is old and they have tried to update it. Excepting the bathroom and the ceilings, it looks nice. I'd stay there again for the price I paid.
Remodeled vanity area.
Bathroom is old and grungy.

This is a top quality hotel and it gets many repeat visitors which is a great recommendation. Those frequent clients have discovered that they can get the signature warm chocolate chip cookies not only at check-in but throughout their stay from the friendly team of workers at the front desk. The rooms at this Doubletree are spacious, squeaky clean and comfortable. Many first-time visitors were impressed with dining here and said this would be their hotel of choice on future visits to Dallas.
