the location was great if you have business at the world trade center. staff friendly. rooms were not as clean as they should be for the 3 1/2 star rating. CARPET DIRTY!!!!

Didn't have hot water one morning. Rooms not made up unless hanger note is placed on door knob - must go downstairs to get newspaper.

I really enjoyed everything about the hotel. It was clean and the staff was very friendly and eager to help. They had everything I needed including a computer and printer. OUtside by the pool there was music which I enjoyed. One of the elevators was a tad shaky so I just stayed clear of that one. The parking garage was clean and out of the way of main traffic. Location was just what I needed as well. Over all this was a great stay and I plan on staying there in the future, and sharing my stay with others.
