Lots of old hotel charm with service above and beyond. The beds and linens were first class. Next time I'm in Downtown Dallas, I'll definitely want to check out the Adolph's.
The staff and service was superb! The fresh flowers were beautiful and smelled wonderfully.
I missed not having an ice machine at my disposal.

It needs upgrading refurbishing; carpet etc has somewhat of a mildew odor.

This award-winning 4 Diamond AAA property is an architectural masterpiece. Almost all visitors were delighted with everything and would love to stay at the hotel again. They appreciated location, spacious plush sleeping rooms, food, afternoon tea, décor, well-kept bathrooms and excellent service. However, a few guests griped about boring views from the room, lack of cleanliness and extra cost for valet service.
