Courtyard by Marriott Northwest Highway at Stemmons, fourteen miles from the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, has all modern facilities, including a coin-operated laundry, outdoor swimming pool, whirlpool, fitness room, safe deposit boxes, vending machines and well-appointed roomy accommodations. Complimentary high-speed Internet, newspaper, in-room coffee and parking; video review billing and express check-in/-out facilities are a big plus. Though Courtyard Café serves American breakfast, you have to go out for other meals. The location is convenient to Convention & Market Center, Restaurant Row, Love Field Airport, Texas Stadium, downtown Dallas and 24-screen AMC Grand Theater.

This easily accessible nonsmoking hotel has all standard amenities for an enjoyable stay. However, most of the visitors were disappointed with everything. Uncomfortable beds, high price, noisy AC/heating units and poor Internet signal were their major concerns. They opined that this old hotel needed renovation.
