The amendities said airport shuttle, we got to the airport called on the courtesy phone for Clarion Hotel, first I could not understand, but then my son talked to him, He told him the hotel no longer has shuttle service. The room smelled old and musky. The toilet had a bolt missing so it tipped everytime you sat down or got up.The breakfast was not a hot breakfast.It was a bad continental breakfast. Also they said they had premium channels and The manager when I asked about TV service he said it,s broke.

Although a "Workout Room" was advertised, this was nothing more than a vacant poorly-ventelated hotel room with 2 machines, one of which did not work. Also a social hour & HBO were advertised, but neither of these were available any longer. Also, breakfast offered no healthy choices, such as fruit or yogurt. In general, the entire hotel needs up dating.

I have stayed in various Clarion Hotels and this was by far the worse. The room was more like a motel

Breakfast lady was rude, blunt & sarcastic.Our first day, she was throwing away food at five til 9am rather than seeing if anyone wanted seconds. Exercise Rm: Need water machine, fresh towels & another exercise machine. TV needs to be hung from ceiling so you are looking up rather than straining neck to look down. Front Desk Folks: nice & cordial. Rooms were clean & like the colors in the rm. Nice furniture. It was a quiet room. Did not like the location; right next to the refinery! Side of town was not the best.
