We arrived a little earlier than check in time but one of the staff members (a young one, mind you) told us about some near by attractions we should check out. When we came back there was an older lady that was quite annoying. The rooms were spotless the pool was great, the free breakfast was yummy, but besides that one staff girl the rest of them do NOT know what customer service is!

We arrived late at night and found the customer service person very alert and helpful. The room was clean, organised, pleasant and fresh. Though located very near the main highway, the traffic noise does not reach the rooms. The hotel is strategically located and access to the main shopping and eating places is a no brainer. Best place to stay for the price.
