My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed your hotel. The rooms were spacious and what a view! The pool area was particularly nice. The water was sparkling and there were plenty of places to sit both in and out of the sun. The location was great. So convenient to so many things. The price was right too!

We have been staying at that location for at least 15 years. My Mother had her 50 class reunion there, we have visited our niece's new baby's & have stayed there & my husband & I go to Corpus to get away & have never had a bad experience there.

I know this is an old hotel but they must have renovated. It was very nice, clean and updated. The staff was extremely courteous. They have the best Continental Breakfast I have ever been to. They even had a server that assisted with coffee refills and booster seats for the children. Convenient to downtown Corpus. Beautiful gulf view from my window on the fifth floor.

Rooms were as nice as some $200 a night I've stayed in. I saw the band and wedding party coming in one night so I thought we'd hear them all night, but didn't! We had our 2 year old and they even brought us a crib! I don't usually write reviews but after almost being swayed differently from reading others reviews.

We arrived after a 26 hour drive with our children to find out the pool had been closed a few days earlier. The person checking us in just said, "it's supposed to rain the next couple days anyway", which was not true.

HAVING STAYED IN CORPUS CHRISTI MANY TIMES THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME TO STAY AT THE BEST WESTERN, ROOMS CLEAN ENOUGH, STAFF FRIENDLY, CONTINTENTAL BREAKFAST VERY SKIMPY EVEN FOR CONTINENTAL STADARDS, GREAT LOCATION FOR WALKING SIGHT SEEING. GIVE IT A TRY,

We were extremely happy with the hotel until the middle of the night. When the bars closed, there was an explosion of noise from the parking lot outside our window (kids yelling, loud bass music booming, horns honking). It lasted a good 45 minutes. It was spring break, so I don't know if this is usual for a weekend. We totally enjoyed everything else about the hotel.

The South side of the Hotel is adjacent to a large parking lot that (on Friday & Saturday nights) fills up with people looking for a place to party once the clubs & bars close. The noise (yelling, honking, blaring music) is horrible and lasts until around 3-4 AM. The police do nothing about this even though the station is right across the street. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP AT NIGHT! The staff is unresponsive to this problem and would not move me to the quieter North side of the building. I will not stay here again!

Great location right across street from bay and with best restaurants in Corpus just behind. Can walk all along the bay sidewalk and back into boat piers and T's. Rooms renovated and large--bay view from most. Tremendous value for money ($*/nite) although not deluxe hotel. Excited to find value for this low price.

The hotel offered a great view of the bay. Unfortunately the hotel was under construction and made getting around difficult. The front staff needs polish. Too much noise, fitness room unaccessible.

It is an older hotel, but it is being remodeled and all of our amenities were very good and clean. I always look at cleanliness first.

This place was great, especially for the price! The bay can be seen from all rooms. Continental breakfast is on top floor with a GORGEOUS view of the water. New microwaves & fridges in each room... and they're renovating next month (Nov. 2006), with all new furniture, etc. Great staff too. Carpets could use a shampooing, but all else was very clean. Oh, & if UR a light sleeper, the loud toilets might wake you! Other than these minor things, it's a good bargain! :)

Friendly, happy, eager-to-please staff. Clean property. Great view of shore. Walking distance to awesome restaurants. Wil definitely come back.

the hotel itself is in a great location(across from the sea wall,seconds from downtown) it needs a little remodeling; overall it is a decent place to stay, prices are moderate

My husband and I spent our honeymoon here. It was a very clean hotel. The location of is is amazing for someone who likes to do alot of sight seeing. My husband and I were able to walk around the marina and enjoy ourselves. Very nice resturants are located in the area. We will definately be coming back!

Very helpful staff. Since we have very young kids, they put us in rooms away from the noise of a wedding party on location. Great location, great views from each room. Nicely-sized rooms. A/C in our room was noisy. Walls are thin. No complimentary breakfast. Hotel needs to change its brochures/ads/website to reflect the exclusion of breakfast. Several comparable area hotels advertise complimentary breakfast in their rates. We would consider this hotel again if we don't get rooms at hotels offering complimentary breakfast.

after reading other hotel reviews,we chose this one and were glad.Staff is very nice and helpful. Room was perfect and clean,king bed very comfy,bathroom and seperate vanity area clean.With nice view from 10th floor.Great location for all attractions,waterfont just accross the street.Definately will come back!
