Decent place to stay. Great location and view from room. Good use a paint job. My major complaint was that the bottom sheet on the bed was not a fitted sheet but a flat sheet which was way too small for a king size bed-- barely an inch to tuck in on the sides!-- and so it kept coming undone all night.

It is ok for a 2 1/2 star hotel. The maid skips a lot of corners. The bathtub had a ring around it before we even used it and the water did not drain properly, so it was even worse after my husband and I took our showers. I couldn't bathe my kids in it because the soap scum was so thick. I had to call housekeeping to have it cleaned. The toiled was also leaking out of the pipe onto the floor. I told the front desk on our way out and everything was taken care of immediately. Which was good? The main negative thing about this hotel is lack of parking lot security. There is none at all.

I love that it is a non smoking hotel.

The tub was not clean. It was dirty from the first night and I had to call hskpg to get it cleaned.

Close by some good eating places. Water street oyster bar and Landry's seafood. Staff was great.

Excellent view of marina and bay, and has a clean room.

Could used some modern update.

This dog-friendly hotel has AAA-2 Diamonds rating. Most of the guests were happy with well-kept remodeled rooms, clean pool, price, views, polite staff, breakfast, and proximity to restaurants, bars, Marina and the bay. However, some travelers griped about noise, uncomfortable beds, poor service, limited breakfast, parking, dated worn out rooms and smoke smell.
