Excellent location for visiting Palo Duro Canyon. Dining in the area is a challenge because the offer is limited and the hotel is in a dry county.
Staff was friendly and the room was big.
One should know that it's in a dry county. Price was a little too high.

The staff was real West Texas friendly. The room was clean and orderly, and the environmentally-sound practices were a welcome change. The linens' both bed and bath' were especially nice for a hotel in this tier.
The freshly-baked cookie aroma that filled the lobby as we entered and the delicious cookies.
Access to the pool is through the breakfast room, so I skipped my early morning swim.

Rooms are excellent and location is very convenient. However, my daughter and I dressed in out suits and went all the way to the swimming pool to find it was out of order. That information should have been given by the staff at check-in. We were disappointed as that was one of the reasons we chose this facility.
The rooms were amazingly clean and fresh smelling.
The hot tub and swimming pool and pop machines were out of order during our stay.

All the rooms and 15 suites have a work desk with high-speed Internet access, television with cable news and movie channels, DVD player, iron and ironing board, tea and coffee making facilities, microwave oven, refrigerator, hairdryer and a telephone with voicemail. Connecting rooms and handicap accessible rooms are available. Rollaway beds are also available at a nightly cost of $10.

Families here to enjoy the Texas Show at Palo Duro Canyon said this hotel proved to be the perfect place to stay. The rooms were affordable, had very comfortable beds and were spotlessly clean. Younger members of the family made good use of the swimming pool and everyone enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The cheerful crew of employees had good advice about where to shop and dine and most travelers said this would be their hotel of choice on future visits to Canyon.
