To begin with, the front desk staff is very unfriendly and indifferent when it comes to addressing complaints, as well as make check in a slow process. Public facilities are also dirty. The doors in guestrooms feature poor locking mechanisms. The bathroom facilities need better maintenance as water in showers goes from hot to cold randomly.
