The 12-story, non-smoking hotel is adjacent to the Austin Convention Center and within easy walking access to the business district and 6th Street. There are nine meeting rooms available for business or social functions. The largest can accommodate 275 guests. The property is connected to the Courtyard Austin Downtown. All of the suites have a queen sized bed and a queen size sofa sleeper. The kitchen has a microwave oven, stovetop, refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster and a full set of cutlery and crockery. There is a work desk with high-speed Internet access, two-line telephone with voicemail and speakerphone, Internet browser television with cable movie and news channels, pay-per-view movies, alarm clock and an iron and ironing board.
