The five-story, non-smoking hotel is a 10-minute drive from downtown Austin with easy access to I-75. Items included with the room rate are high-speed Internet access, a hot breakfast buffet, local telephone calls, a morning newspaper, parking and coffee available in the lobby 24/7. There are two meeting rooms for business or social events. The larger can accommodate 30 guests. Nearby attractions and landmarks include the State Capitol, Lake Travis, North Austin Medical Center and the University of Texas. Corporate offices nearby include Abbott Laboratories, Dell Computer world headquarters, Hewlett Packard, Pearson Education, Oracle Corporation, Samsung and Siemens.

All the suites have a sink, small refrigerator and a microwave oven. Other features are a work desk with high-speed Internet access, two-line telephone with voicemail, Internet browser television with cable news and movie channels, pay-per-view movies, pullout sofa bed, alarm clock, tea and coffee making facilities, iron and ironing board and a hairdryer. Video games and players are available for rent.

From Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) 20 miles: Take Highway 71 west (left). Turn right on I-35 North to exit Yager Lane. Stay on the service road until you reach Parmer lane. Turn left at the Parmer Lane light and take an immediate left onto the service road. Turn right into the parking lot.
