Holiday Inn Express Suites Airport in Austin Texas

The staff is very nice,but seem to be understaffed. Several times I noticed no one at the desk. The air unit in the room is so noisy, it waked you up at nite. If your room faces the highway, the noise is incredible.

This hotel was very nice for the amount of money we paid for the room. Very spacious, kid friendly great breakfast. Will stay there again. Hotel shuttle to airport was very efficient.

We stayed in a TCB Suite which had a business desk w/chair, data port, frig, microwave, sink, table/chairs, king bed, bathroom and everything was perfect & spotless. The morning buffett (free) was worth the stay itself. Wednesday nights is a "managers hello" and again, free food & drink. Had a brand new pool and spa outside that just opened. Staff go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Couldn't ask for any better hotel, we will most definitely stay here again!!!
