About the Holiday Inn Express Suites Airport

The Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites Austin is an all-suites property located within minutes of Austin Bergstrom International Airport. There is a free airport shuttle that operates from 6am until 10pm. The 80 suites on four floors were renovated in 2006 and provide spacious accommodation for both the business and leisure traveler. Corporate offices nearby include ERCOT, Ikon, AMD, Progressive Insurance, Texas Dept of Insurance, American Red Cross, Southwest Keys, LCRA and Starkey. For the tourist the hotel is within easy driving distance of the Austin 6th Street Entertainment District, the Texas State Capital, Governors Mansion, University of Texas, museums and extensive hiking and biking trails. Free items here include Internet access, parking and a continental breakfast.

Many former guests here liked the large rooms, helpful staff and complimentary breakfast. The property is now entirely non-smoking which pleased those who do not smoke but did raise some complaints from those who do. Another plus factor was the air purifiers in all of the rooms. Holiday Inn Express Suites Airport Accommodations

All the accommodation comes with a separate living room with a sofa bed. Amenities include a work desk with Internet access, cable TV with movie channels and pay-per-view movies, telephone with voicemail and speaker phone, coffee maker, hairdryer and iron and ironing board.

The hotel has an attractive outdoor swimming pool, whirlpool and 24-hour fitness center. A complimentary continental breakfast is available every morning and there is a restaurant adjoining the hotel and others within walking distance. There is a well-equipped un-staffed business center and the 24-hour front desk has safe deposit boxes. There is a guest laundry on-site, ice machine, newsstand and same-day dry cleaning is available.
