Austin has a no smoking policy. You can tell that the smoking rooms still have that "Cig" smell. Carpets need to be cleaned as well as drapes. Other than that, good value, large rooms, nice little bar, friendly people. Lobby was very welcoming. Would stay there again. Very close to airport for early AM flights.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in July 2006. The hotel lobby is very nice and newly remodeled. They have a bar, which I was not expecting it to have. The rooms are very large and have all necessities (iron, ironing board, hair dryer, internet connection). The only complain during my stay was that my room smelled like a smoker had stayed there and it was a non-smoking room. But, they brought me some spray which helped. Very friendly and helpful staff!!

Austin is a very neat city, one I'd visit again. The hotel was near the airport, but wasn't noisy. The connecting roadways were very convenient to go downtown, where all the action is.

The room was huge, two king beds could have been put in the room and there would still be ample room. It was quiet, the staff was excellent, plenty of breakfast and very nice area to eat. Price was right, we were very pleased. Only thing missing was swimming pool, however we were more than welcome to use the pool at the neihboring hotel which was a very short walk across the parking lot, towels were provided at the front desk on your way out the door. Will definitely stay here again!

We are a family of 5 and have a hard time finding a hotel room for all of us. We were given a room with and queen and king bed. This was a very quiet and clean hotel and the price was unbeatable.

We stayed at the Comfort Suites for 3 days prior to moving to a 4-star hotel in downtown for the gathering of the wedding party. The courtesy of the staff, the convenience of the location, and the response to our requests certainly surpassed that of the 4-star stay. Items that were charged (refrig, i.e) at the 4-star were standard at the Comfort Suites. The beds were more comfortable too!This was an excellent experience and I highly recommend this facility. I don't understand the 2.5 star rating!
