We have needed a hotel 3 times in Austin and the last 2 were at the Radisson. The location is great, the parking is convenient and they just seen to want to go out of thier way to see to it that your stay is a good one.

Me & my son loved this hotel. Every night we were there we could be at the pool & enjoy the bats, & w/TGI Friday being right there they also serve you while @ the pool. We also enjoyed having Starbucks there on the premises. All the employees were very kind, curtious, friendly, & very helpful w/anything we needed or were looking for in & around Austin. They are an A class group of people!!!! My son still talkes about it & wants to go back & stay there again this summer.

I have stayed at several of the hotels in this area. Even the top brands are surprisingly dated. The Sleep number beds and the location are the best features. However, the staff was very helpful and even printed out my airline documents for me and delivered them to my room.

Dirty rooms, surly front desk, horrible beds, ratty furnishings, mold in bathroom. Only the location is good
